Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations focused on reimagining and improving systems of care, with an emphasis on efficiency, innovation, and people-centered solutions.

As Director of Operations at Human Connections, Jackie plays a key role in supporting the organization’s growth and day-to-day functionality. Her leadership is driven by a passion for helping both teams and individuals thrive, and she is deeply committed to creating systems that empower staff while improving the overall client experience.

Jackie is closely aligned with Human Connections’ inclusion-driven values and is proud to be part of a team dedicated to making services more accessible, individualized, and impactful.

Outside of work, Jackie is pursuing a degree in Psychology and enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner and dogs- while doing her best to maintain a social life somewhere in the mix.
