Margaux Taylor
Community Living Supports Program Director | she/her | clsprogram@humanconnectionsllp.com
Margaux brings a strong background in hospitality and community engagement, with a natural ability to connect with people across a wide range of settings. Throughout her time in the hospitality industry, she worked alongside individuals in the developmental disability community who were building job skills through on-the-job training and work shadow experiences.
These experiences highlighted Margaux’s ability to foster meaningful connections, support growth, and recognize the unique strengths in each person she works with. Inspired by this work, she made the transition into human services to more directly support individuals navigating barriers to independence.
Over the past several years, Margaux has focused on expanding her skillset to better serve those facing limited access to resources. She is deeply committed to creating opportunities for connection, growth, and increased independence, and believes strongly in the power of community to drive meaningful change.
Outside of work, Margaux enjoys spending time with her dog, riding her motorcycle, gardening, and making memories with the people she loves.
